Terms:
1)Ronny Cush Productions liability is limited to a refund.
2) In the event of cancellation or postponement by the client, deposit/s shall
not be refundable. 3) No part of the order shall be delivered before the balance
is paid. 4) Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, Ronny Cush Productions fee
does not include the cost of make-up artist, travel, prints, third party fees,
the cost of purchasing or renting any item or property that may be deemed
necessary in the execution of the order. 5) If the client wants a re-shoot of
the images ordered here-in, with no negligence on the part of Ronny Cush
Productions, the said client shall pay the total cost of said re-shoot prior to
the re-shoot. 5a.) A usage fee shall be applied to some larger projects. 6)
Copyright shall remain the property of Ronny Cush Productions. 7) Ronny Cush
Productions shall be the sole photographer hired to execute the order
stated in this document. 7a) Ronny Cush Productions reserves the right to charge
the client a cancellation fee, if the clients cancels or postpones the order,
the cancellation fee shall be 33.3% of the production fee. This is separate and
unrelated to item 2) above. 8)Ronny Cush Productions shall notify the
client when the order is completed, if the client fails to accept delivery of
the order, or fails to pay any remaining balance within thirty days after the
completion of this order, the order shall be deemed cancelled.
