Terms:

1. The terms and conditions herein shall be binding upon the above named client and Ronny Cush.

3. In the event of cancellation by the client, deposits shall not be refundable. 

4. This order shall be one edited HD video featuring highlights of the event. or project listed above.

5. No part of this order shall be delivered before the balance is settled. 

6. This order shall be delivered on a thumb drive, or by electronic transfer.

7. By making a deposit in respect of this order, the client shall be deemed to have agreed to these terms and conditions.
